A: Wear something that feels comfortable and non-restrictive. Whether we’re working with movement, tremor release, or deep emotional processing, you’ll want to be able to sit, lie down, and shift with ease. Think: soft yoga pants, a breathable top, layers you can remove if you warm up. No need to dress up—this is about feeling safe in your body, not performing for anyone. Just come as you are, and we’ll meet your body with respect and care.
Q: Are sessions in person or virtual?
A: Both options are available! I offer in-person sessions for those who prefer hands-on support or a grounded space to practice, as well as virtual sessions for ease, flexibility, and comfort from your own home. Whether we’re working with movement, energy, or the nervous system, both formats are effective—what matters most is what feels right for you. If you’re unsure, we can talk through which setting would best support your needs.
Q: I’m not sure what therapeutic option would be the best for me.
A: You don’t have to know that before we begin. I customize every session based on your unique needs, goals, and comfort level. We may focus on one modality—like Yoga Therapy, TRE, or QEC—or weave elements of all three together. Your body and story are the guides, and I’m here to support what unfolds.

Q: How long do I have access to the recording of an online class?
A: You’ll have access to the class recording for 30 days after the session. That gives you plenty of time to revisit, reflect, and return to the practice on your own schedule. If you ever need help accessing your link, just reach out.
Q: What happens if I need to cancel my appointment or class sign-up?
A: I understand that things come up—life is beautifully unpredictable. If you need to cancel your appointment (Yoga Therapy, TRE, or QEC session) or class sign-up, just reach out to me directly at lil.harris.yoga@gmail.com or text 804-304-0666.
For individual sessions, I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice so I can offer that time to someone else in need. If cancellation happens with less than 24 hours’ notice, the session unfortunately can’t be rescheduled or refunded. A: TRE is a body-based method that helps release deep muscular tension and stored trauma through a natural, involuntary shaking process. It’s simple, profound, and activates your body’s own healing wisdom.
Q: Is it therapy? Will I have to talk about trauma?
A: No. TRE is not talk therapy—it works through the body. While you’re welcome to share anything that arises, there’s no pressure to discuss your history. This is a safe, self-regulating process.
Q: What does a session look like?
A: We begin with grounding and safety, then guide you through a series of gentle exercises that help activate the tremor reflex. You’ll then lie down and allow your body to release. We close with deep rest and integration.

A: TRE is generally safe, but there are some contraindications (e.g., recent surgeries, pregnancy, unmanaged psychiatric conditions). I’ll guide you through a screening and modify as needed.
