I’ve always been drawn to health—not just the physical kind, but the whole kind. The kind that touches the body, mind, spirit, and heart. A person of deep faith and a lifelong mover, I spent years exploring wellness in fragments—exercise here, prayer there—without fully understanding how these layers intersect to either support ease or contribute to dis-ease.
In 2020, I enrolled in a 200-hour yoga teacher training to deepen my understanding of physical movement. I expected to gain strength. What I didn’t expect was the profound shift that came from learning how movement balances the nervous system and supports emotional and spiritual healing. That discovery changed everything.
I went on to become a Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT) in 2024, committed to helping others connect the dots between their symptoms and their story. Along the way, I encountered TRE® (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises), which gave me a deeper understanding of how trauma—from a single event to ongoing childhood stress—can shape our bodies, our beliefs, and our ability to feel safe. I completed my TRE certification and soon after, found QEC (Quantum Energy Coaching)—a beautiful, complementary modality that allows us to gently shift subconscious beliefs and inherited patterns that hold us back.
Each of these tools—Yoga Therapy, TRE, and QEC—transformed my own healing. Now, they form the foundation of how I walk beside others through theirs.
My current work centers on trauma-informed care, nervous system resilience, and spiritual integration. I am continuing my studies to support those living with cancer, pelvic floor dysfunction, and chronic pain, bringing a deeply holistic, evidence-informed lens to these complex conditions.
I work with people of all genders and identities—anyone curious about how mind, body, and spirit can work together to support healing. Whether you’re navigating CPTSD, physical pain, emotional exhaustion, or simply seeking a more grounded, connected life, my approach is rooted in faith, compassion, and curiosity.
You don’t have to carry it all alone. We’ll go gently, together.
