QEC: Quantum Energy Coaching

QEC is a practical tool that can help you become the person you would truly like to be, reaching your full potential. It is particularly effective in helping to ‘clear the baggage’ from the past, which often manifests in repeated, unwanted behavior patterns that impact self and others. QEC is particularly effective in the area of past childhood and adult trauma. However, there is no limit to the ways in which QEC can help. If you suffer from stress, anxiety, depression, grief, phobias or fear, QEC can help. It is also a powerful way to improve relationships and remove ‘blocks’ to performance, both in the workplace and in sports.

Individual TRE Session

Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises (or TRE®) is a simple yet innovative series of exercises that assist the body in releasing deep muscular patterns of stress, tension and trauma. Created by Dr. David Berceli, PhD, TRE safely activates a natural reflex mechanism of shaking or vibrating that releases muscular tension, calming down the nervous system. When this muscular shaking/vibrating mechanism is activated in a safe and controlled environment, the body is encouraged to return back to a state of balance. TRE is an effective stress and tension reduction technique that returns the body and nervous system to a healthy baseline.

Online Restorative Yoga Class

Restore your body and mind in the comfort of your own home.

You'll need some space (on the floor with your mat or even on your bed), some supports (bolsters or pillows, blankets or towels, and blocks if you have them), and comfortable clothes (which can definitely be your pajamas).

Having your camera on is always optional - use it if you want me to offer suggestions to find more comfortable support. You're free to have the camera off, your favorite candle lit, and a relaxing playlist in the background.

Cost is $10/class, which includes 30 day access to the video and audio recordings.

Online Chair Yoga Class

This is a 60-minute practice you can join from the comfort of your home. All levels of experience are welcome. All you need is a chair (preferably on a yoga mat, rug or carpeted area), access to a wall, and yoga blocks and a yoga strap if you have them. If not, don't worry about it - I'll talk about other items you probably have in your house you can use.
