This is a 60-minute practice you can join from the comfort of your home. All levels of experience are welcome. All you need is a chair (preferably on a yoga mat, rug or carpeted area), access to a wall, and yoga blocks and a yoga strap if you have them. If not, don't worry about it - I'll talk about other items you probably have in your house you can use.
